CRI HCA audio plugin for foobar 2000. Note that looping HCA audio files (e.g. se_live_clap.hca, se_live_long_loop.hca) are not supported yet.
Follow the link to Releases page, and download an installer for Windows; macOS is not currently supported, as foobar2000 itself is in early stages of macOS support.
